Tasting Notes: Incredible aromas and flavors of lemon, pear, and spicy candied grapefruit with lightly toasted hazelnuts and delicate notes of white pepper, star anise and mountain bramble. This chardonnay is very crisp, fresh and mineral driven with great acidity underscoring lively integrated fruit flavors. It is very elegant and Burgundian in style with just a touch of the California richness making this wine great with food or all on its own.
